We all know the frustrations that come with having to go out of our way to get our personal banking needs handled.  El Paso Employees FCU eliminates those headaches for its members with the introduction of our new Call Center that can handle all of your Member Services and Lending needs.

This program allows you to use the telephone to access services normally performed only at a branch.  The Call Center is available from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.  Representatives are available by telephone to help you with a variety of services such as:
  • Opening of Share Accounts
  • Establishing Mars, Internet Banking, ATM Cards, Payroll
  • Deduction, or Direct Deposit
  • Ordering checks and/or setting up overdraft protection
  • Establishing or renewing Term Share Accounts (CD's)
  • Opening IRA, Christmas Club, or Vacation Club accounts
  • Replacing ATM Cards
  • Requesting Check Cards or Check Card disputes
  • Check or Statement copy requests

We can also save you time in getting loan information and applying for a loan.  Just call 915-593-5866. 

  • Completing your loan application over the phone
  • Information about your existing loan
  • Calculating a loan payment
  • Calculating a loan payoff amount
  • Information on the different loans that we offer
  • Values for new and used automobiles
