Along with some other great new features like our new system identification picture we will be taking steps to make your Home Banking experience as easy and secure as possible.

Starting May 1, 2010 you may be asked to update your password when you log-into your Home Banking. Your new password should be between 6-20 characters including at least 2 non-alphanumeric characters and 2 non-numeric characters. This new password will make it harder for intruders to gain access to your account.

Along with your secure password you will now be able to utilize our new password reset feature on your Home Banking Account. Simply click "Yes" when you are asked to enroll and fill in your security question and answer.

What is the benefit of enrolling in the password reset program?

It's 9 p.m. on a Saturday and you need to transfer some money via your online banking account. You are about to sign in and realize you do not remember your password. Don't worry! Simply click on "forgot password?" and because you have previously opted to enroll you will be able retrieve your password. You will then fill in your security question and the primary E-mail on your account will be sent a temporary password.
