How to enroll via Home Banking:

  1. Log into your home banking account via Internet Explorer. If you are using a different browser, these steps may not work for you.
  2. From the side tool bar, choose "Other Options" (If you cannot find this option please ensure Java is installed. It can be downloaded at www.java.com.If you are still having issues call our Service Support Center at 915-593-5866.)
  3. Choose "Change Password Security" from the drop down of options. This will now prompt you to change your log-in profile.
  4. Enter your current password. Note: There is no need to put in a new password again. You only need to edit the features under the "Online Password Reset Preferences."
  5. Next, choose "Yes, I want to use the online password reset."
  6. Please select a security question from the drop down box.
  7. Then answer your security question in the following box.
  8. Enter your secure Home Banking E-mail address where you would like to have the password sent should you ever have to reset it again. This E-mail address should match the one we currently have on file. Remember you can always edit this address under "Update Your Email Address" under the other options Tab.
  9. Click on the "Continue" button.
  10. You will now be redirected to the security verification page.
  11. Please confirm the "Log-in Profile Changes" and click Continue. If the information is incorrect, please click "Cancel" and repeat the process.
  12. You will now be redirected to the verification page that will let you know the changes have been made.
How the online password reset feature will benefit you:
You are out of town and need to transfer some money via your home banking account. However it is after hours and you have forgotten your password. Don't Worry! Simply click on the "forgot password"  link and because you would have previously enrolled in the  password reset feature you will be able to get a new password! You would then fill in the answer to your security question and the primary E-mail on the account will be sent a temporary password.
