At EPEFCU we want to make sure that you are always getting our exclusive ePromotions. However, if you have multiple E-mail addresses on your account, you may be receiving the same E-mail to different addresses. For your convenience and safety we will be updating and compiling our Email database. In order to make sure that your address is correct we are asking you to help us update our database with your most recent Email address.

 

UPDATING YOUR EMAIL IS EASY!
If you are receiving our E-mails to different addresses, please check that your E-mail address is the same on both of the following channels:

OVER THE PHONE
Give our Service Support Center a call and we will make sure that your preferred email address is on file. Call us at 593-5866.


ONLINE BANKING
1. Enter your account number.
2. Check the box next to "change two factor settings" and enter your password
3. Update your Email address. Click save.
4. Click login and you are done!

 

Remember, if you'd like to keep multiple E-mail addresses on file, you can always unsubscribe and stop receiving our E-mails at anytime. Simply open up one of our Emails and click “Safe Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the E-mail and then follow the directions that you will be prompted. If you have unsubscribed correctly, you will see a unsubscribe confirmation on your browser stating that you have successfully unsubscribed.
