And so this year, EPEFCU is embracing these new opportunities by creating services and products geared toward today’s digital lifestyle.


Technology affects nearly every aspect of our lives, and with the current ubiquity of devices, we are able to toggle back and forth between tasks, creating a constant desire to increase our capacity to multi-task. It is with this in mind that we have created eChecking, an account designed to simplify your life and change the way you bank!


Right from the start you’ll be able to open your account from the comfort of your very own home or on the go, eliminating the need to make a trip to a branch. Your new eAccount is opened via our Online Account Opening service or your home banking account. In addition to the myriad of exclusive services available to you, we guarantee an eBanker hotline for any eAccount holder. Our eBankers are ready to assist you via phone or online chat. Any transactions made on your account will be conducted through online banking, eBankers, online chat or shared branching, solutions designed to make your life easier!


This will be a completely free account, with no monthly service charge, minimum balance requirement, free bill pay and eStatements and no per check fee. You’ll also receive your free Visa check card, and enjoy unlimited check writing. In the future, you’ll be able to deposit checks right from home by simply scanning them in! You’ll also enjoy the freedom of being able to use any foreign ATM because we will reimburse you any fees you’ve incurred by EPEFCU.

 

In order to qualify for your incredibly high dividend as an eAccount holder, you’ll need to process only 45 qualified transactions per quarter which include online home banking transactions, ACH withdrawals, ATM withdrawals, and Visa debit card purchases*. Since this is strictly an online account however, processing a transaction inside a branch, opening a new account or loan at a branch, or making any changes to your new eAccount inside a branch will disqualify you.


Many of us don’t have the time to stand in line at a branch or even wait in line at a drive-thru. eAccounts makes juggling your daily task list easy by allowing you to conduct transactions without interfering with your daily routine. At the same time, you can enjoy earning high dividend rates on a quarterly basis. You’ll also qualify for exclusive eAccount promotions and specials.


We understand that these days there doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day to accomplish all you need to do. We understand that you can’t be everywhere at once, and so we’re hoping that our new eAccount will make multi-tasking much easier for you.
