How Do I Sign Up?

EPEFCU offers three different ways for you to access your account via your mobile device. Click here to view directions with images.

  1. Access your account via your phone's internet browser
  2. Access your account via a smart phone application
  3. Access your account via the iPhone application

Mobile Access via your phone's internet browser:

Please note these instructions may not work for all phones. Having trouble? Click here to choose from specific phone platform directions.


1.Open your phone's internet browser.
2. Type in the following url and click enter: https://m.epefcu.com
3. Type in your Account # and Password and click "Login"
4. You will now be redirected to a notification screen letting you know that "an additional security step is required. Please check your E-mal for instructions."
5. Either with your computer, or phone, check your E-mail account for an E-mail from mbmsupport with your mobile banking pin. Please review the instructions in the E-mail. Also note that this pin will expire with a 24hr. period.
6. In EPEFCU's Mobile Banking log-in account, please re-enter your password, do not forget to add your four digit pin to the end of the password and click "login."
7. You will now be able to access your account. You should receive verification to your E-mail address of this.
8. When you are finished, please logout and reconnect a second time with your regular password without the one-time PIN.
9. You will now be able to use EPEFCU's Mobile Banking!


PLEASE NOTE:

When using any of our Mobile Banking apps or our Mobile Online Log-in (https ://m.epefcu.com) you must only use your account number as your username. In our NEW NetTeller Online Banking system done via your PC, you will be required to use an "e" before your account number.

 

Also, should you change your Online Home Banking password, your Mobile Banking password will change as well. Also, for security reasons we may require you to change your password regularly. If your home banking password requires such an update, your mobile banking may be temporarily unavailable until you have set a new password is in home banking. Please login to your home banking to make this change. If you are still having issues please contact our Service Support Center at (915) 593-5866.

1. Open your phone’s internet browser.
2. Type in the following url and click enter: https://m.epefcu.com
3. Click on "download" under the text "For a richer experience download the mobile app to your phone."
4. Verify that the correct platform (your phone type) was selected and click "Next"
5. Please review the instructions in Step 2 and click the next button.
6. Please click on the "Download Now" button. After starting the download, if the progress bar is not progressing, please cancel and try downloading again.
7. Please follow directions on the screen to install the application. When completed please find the application and open it or select "Run".
8. Please input your account information and password and click "enter" or "OK"
9. If authentication was successful, a notification alert should come up letting you know that "an additional security step is required. Please check your E-mal for instructions."
10. With either your computer, or phone, check your E-mail account for an E-mail from mbmsupport with your mobile banking pin. Please review the instructions in the E-mail. Also note that this pin will expire with a 24hr. period.
11. In EPEFCU’s Mobile Banking log-in account, please re-enter your password, do not forget to add your four digit pin to the end of the password and click "login."
12. You will now be able to access your account. You should receive verification to your E-mail address of this.

1.Connect to iTunes to search and download the application.
There are two ways to do this: Via iTunes on your desktop or iPhone/iPad.

  • Via desktop: 1. Connect your iPhone or iPad to your computer visit the app store via iTunes on your desktop.
    2. Type in “EPEFCU” in the search bar to find our application.
    3. Click on the application and click on the “free app” button to begin the download. If prompted, enter your itunes ID and Password. If prompted, accept Itunes rules and regulations. Once your application is downloaded it will be available for you to upload to your iPhone or iPad. |

  • Via iPhone/iPad: 1. Visit the itunes application via your device and search for EPEFCU.
    2. Choose to “Install” the application. If prompted, enter your itunes ID and Password. If prompted, accept Itunes rules and regulations. Once your application is downloaded it will be available on your iPhone/iPad.


2. Please click on the application to open it. Please enter your Account # and Password and click “Sign On.”
